Bosque is the latest Minha Casa, Minha Vida social housing project that allows investors to invest safely and securely in Brazil through Social Housing. At the beginning of 2011 the first stage of this Social Housing scheme, Arco Iris, was met with an amazing response from both investors and the Brazilian public. This resulted in every unit being pre-sold before completion and investors funds being returned within 12 months. The next project in the scheme, Casa Nova, was launched six months ago and all four phases sold out within the first few months of its release! Bosque residential is EcoHouse Developments latest and biggest project to date. This residential area is a secure and luxurious gated community with the convenience of an onsite shopping centre and offices on the doorstep for complete piece of mind, but at an affordable price. The development also includes a leisure club with tennis and basketball courts and bicycle paths. Bosque Residential is the largest urban development of its kind in North Brazil. Plus with two trees being planted for each tree that was removed during construction, Bosque is also one of the most Eco friendly developments.

    US Property Bonds

Taking advantage of the current ‘once-in-a-generation’ investment opportunity in the distressed US property market no longer requires deep pockets and hands on involvement. For investors interested in the US foreclosure market, but seeking maximum returns with the minimum of hassle, Bond Issues* are the logical choice. Investors in the Bonds enjoy attractive fixed yields as well as pre- determined exit dates. The Bonds are an entirely self-financed investment, which means that no money has been borrowed by the Bond Issuers from third parties to make the purchases. Each of the three Bond Issuing companies trade mainly in bank-repossessed real estate that offers a tax-efficient, low cost, low risk, diversified alternative to direct, ‘sole title’ ownership. Bulk real estate is sourced in high demand rental areas and is refurbished. Depending on the relative profit potential, the properties are then either re-sold, or tenanted to provide assured, long-term income. Investors have the comfort of knowing that their Bonds are fully administered by a long-established UK Trustee Company, Citadel Trustees Limited, which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The Trustee, with its head office in Surrey and offices in Spain, India, Thailand and China, acts on investors’ behalf, holding a lien over the Bond Issuing companies which means that the Trustee ultimately reserves the right to sell properties within the Bond portfolios on behalf of the investors to uphold their Bond conditions in the unlikely event of those conditions not being met by the Bond issuer. UK investors take note – For tax efficient investing, all three Bonds* are approved for inclusion in Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) and new SIPPs qualify for an immediate HMRC fund top up. Full details on application. The Bond offering is an evolution of outright purchase and it is geared towards the Pension investor, the risk averse investor or those investors who do not have all funds available to purchase a property outright. *Bonds are provided by Roche 6LLC, Castle Keep 8LLC & Wilton 10LLC. These Bonds have not been registered under the US Securities Act 1933 and they are not being offered or sold in the USA or to US citizens and/or persons normally resident in the USA. We do not accept enquiries originating from the United States of America.
